Privacy policy
We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information may be processed when you visit this website and how to contact us about your personal data.
1. Scope
This policy covers the CyberCore corporate website, which presents Plexy payment technology, CyberTemple game development and publishing, and DarkSwitch. Other company websites, games, payment services and social platforms have their own privacy policies.
2. Who is responsible
The website operator is Cyber Core LLP (ТОО «Cyber Core»), trading as CyberCore. For privacy, access, correction or deletion requests, contact ceo@cybercore.kz. The Plexy and CyberTemple contacts on the home page are for the respective companies.
3. Information processed
You do not need an account to browse this website. It has no account area, contact forms, payment facilities, subscriptions or file uploads. It does not request your name, phone number, payment details or social media profile.
To deliver the website, the hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested page, browser, device and request outcome. This supports content delivery, diagnostics and infrastructure security.
If you choose to email CyberCore, Plexy or CyberTemple, the recipient receives your email address, message and attachments. Correspondence with each company is handled separately from browsing this website.
4. Purposes
Technical information is used to provide access, keep the website functioning, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. Information supplied in an email is used by its recipient to consider and respond to your request. The website does not use advertising profiling tools.
5. Cookies, analytics and external services
The website code does not set its own cookies, store information in localStorage, or use Meta Pixel or third-party web analytics. Images, styles and scripts are hosted with the website.
The DarkSwitch trailer is not loaded automatically. Selecting “Watch trailer” displays a notice; the embedded player loads only when you also choose “Load video”. Your browser then connects to YouTube through youtube-nocookie.com. YouTube receives connection information and may process player interactions under its privacy policy. You can instead open the trailer directly on YouTube.
6. Facebook and Meta services
The current website does not use Facebook Login, Meta SDK, Graph API or Meta Pixel. It does not request or store Facebook identifiers, access tokens, friends lists, profile information or other data through the Meta platform.
If Meta-powered features are added, we will update this policy before launch to describe the data categories, permissions, purposes, retention, recipients and deletion process.
7. Recipients and hosting
Vercel is the planned hosting provider. When deployed on Vercel, page delivery and technical requests are handled by the provider and its infrastructure. Processing may take place in countries where that infrastructure is located. See Vercel’s privacy notice.
Following an external link or loading a third-party player shares information with that service as needed for the connection and operation. The website has no functionality for selling personal data or sharing it with advertising networks.
8. Retention and security
The website has no database of user profiles or messages. Technical log retention depends on the hosting provider’s configuration and policies; the website code does not define an additional retention period. Email correspondence is retained by its recipient as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations.
The public Vercel deployment uses HTTPS. The website does not ask for passwords or maintain user accounts. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Access, correction and deletion
You may ask the operator whether it holds information about you, request correction or deletion, or request restrictions where applicable. Email ceo@cybercore.kz with the subject “Personal data — CyberCore”. See the data deletion instructions.
For correspondence with Plexy or CyberTemple, contact the company you originally emailed, using the same email address. Do not send passwords, tokens, payment details or identity documents unless there is a justified need.
10. Changes
We update this policy when website features or data practices change. The current version is available at this address with its revision date. Adding forms, analytics, advertising tools or authentication requires a prior review of this policy.
