Website visitor information

This website does not create user accounts or store user profiles. It does not use Facebook Login or obtain data through Meta APIs. Consequently, this website does not hold your Facebook profile or access tokens.

How to request deletion

1. Identify which service received your information: CyberCore, Plexy, CyberTemple or an external platform.
2. Contact the operator of that service. For CyberCore, email ceo@cybercore.kz. For correspondence with other companies, use the address you originally contacted.
3. Use the subject “Personal data deletion request”. Include a reply address, the service involved and enough information to locate your correspondence. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment details.
4. The recipient will review the request, ask for proportionate verification if necessary, and communicate the outcome or explain why particular information must be retained.

Future Facebook integrations

Before launching a Facebook integration, its actual functions and a working way to delete collected data must be documented. Removing permissions in Facebook settings does not by itself confirm deletion of any copies held by an application operator.
